About Shreveport Foundation Repair
This company exists because foundation repair has a trust problem. Too many homeowners meet a salesperson in a polo shirt before they ever meet anyone who understands soil. We wanted to be the other kind — the one that measures first, quotes in writing, and tells you when the answer is “your house is fine.”
What We Actually Believe
- Clay is the client. Every design decision starts with Northwest Louisiana’s expansive red clay: how deep the active zone runs, how the lot holds or sheds water, how this neighborhood has moved over decades. Repair copied from a dry-climate manual fails here.
- Measurement before salesmanship. A floor-elevation survey takes an hour and tells more truth than an hour of talking. The free inspection is free because we’d rather earn work with numbers than win it with pressure.
- Repair what’s failing, not what’s billable. If a crack is cosmetic, we say so and charge nothing. If piers are needed, we install the count the measurements call for — not the count the commission calls for.
- Water management is half the job. A pier system without drainage on this soil is a warranty claim waiting to happen. We’d rather talk you into a $1,500 French drain than let you need a second pier system.
- Leave a paper trail. Written reports, photo documentation, transferable warranties. When you sell the house, the file sells with it.
Who We Are
A working crew — inspectors, pier installers, and drainage specialists based in Shreveport, running routes across Caddo and Bossier parishes and the surrounding communities. The person who inspects your home is employed by the company that repairs it; we don’t sell leads, subcontract mystery crews, or broker your job to the lowest bidder.
We live in the same neighborhoods we fix. Our inspectors have crawled under Highland cottages, walked Broadmoor slab perimeters in August, and releveled more Bossier City ranches than we can count. That local repetition is the whole advantage: pattern recognition from hundreds of local homes means your diagnosis starts from experience, not from a manual.
